AMPI master chef Denis Dianin and chef Andrea Valentinetti of d&g patisserie couldn’t miss the 37th Sigep (Salone Internazionale di gelateria e pasticceria) event in Rimini, from 23rd to 27th January.
At the Rimini show, the AMPI master chef will be a guest at the Tecnoarredamenti Standwhere he will be presenting the philosophy of his eaterie, consisting of not only patisserie but also restaurant food thanks to the attendance of chef Andrea Valentinetti who prepares the d&g patisserie lunch and aperitif dishes. We look forward to seeing you for a gourmet pizza tasting at Pavilion D3 – Stand 115.
Denis Dianin will also have the honour of joining the jury who will be awarding the prize at Sigep for the Best Italian Pastry Chef in the Senior category (26th January), –a high profile role at one of the most eagerly anticipated competitions of the year for Italian patisserie – along with master pastry chefs Roberto Rinaldini and Leonardo Di Carlo.
Furthermore Denis Dianin will be at the Molino Dallagiovanna Stand (Pavilion B5 – Stand 174) on Sunday 24th at 16h and on Monday at 17h to present a new project combining Uniqua line flours and their associated products, paired with specially prepared cocktails.
There is also confirmed attendance by chef Andrea Valentinetti at Cucine Bertos (Pavilion B1- Stand 194) who will be offering you small samples of sweet and savoury patisserie throughout the day on 23rd and 24th January.
Lastly there are 6 exclusive appointments at the Club Kavè stand (Pavilion A1- Stand 121) for a delicious encounter with sweet and savoury patisserie hosted by pastry chef Denis Dianin and chef Andrea Valentinetti, for perfect fusion with coffee.
