Our chef Massimo Traverso brings his experience and the proven high quality of the d&g patisserie range to the centre of Padua, inside Hotel Biri****.

The Hotel restaurant indeed avails itself of our chef’s prestigious consulting to create its dishes and product range, and in general to identify enticing food which will win over the palates of the guests at Padua’s historic hotel. A large central dining room seating 80, and an outside area seating a further 40 people, provide the setting where our chef’s creations are presented, constantly evolving as the Hotel restaurant menu does.
