On Monday 23rd November in Turin Gambero Rosso presented the 2016 edition of the Italian Pastry Chefs and Patisseries Guide, attended by the most important representatives of Italian patisserie, led by master chefs Iginio Massari and Gino Fabbri.

It was indeed chef Massari who handed the prize for Best Packaging to our d&g patisserie and AMPI master chef Denis Dianin, for the care and passion applied not only to the excellent standard of product but also its visual appeal and packaging.

A prestigious acknowledgement confirming d&g as top-ranking in the important industry guide, which gives us a score of 86/100 and the much-coveted “two cakes”.
